Our local driver will pick you up at Lombok airport and drop you off in Teluk Nare harbor. Teluk Nare is where you will board the private fast boat to Gili Air. (We can also arrange transport from/to any other location. Surcharge depends on location.)



The Gili Islands consists of three islands: Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. Located between Lombok and Bali, Gili Air is the closest to Lombok.

10 contemporary luxury villas – Balinese conception, built in the middle of a beautiful island, GILI AIR, not far from Bali. Slow is a concept, based on the slow spirit (slowcooking, slow moving, slow stretching), a unique way to get back sense of the essential value of life.

Each room offers the same comfort: one or two bedroom villas with terrace, swimming pool, kitchenette and office space, comfortable sunbeds, lovely coconut garden.

Particular care to the quality of the beddings, the home stylist Valérie Barkowski has added her touch of originality with a predominant colour selection of orange, grey, red, green, Bordeaux or black. Choose your holiday colour!


The island has plenty of things to do. It’s surrounded by white sandy beaches, crystal clear blue water and pristine coral reefs. Day 2:

  • Yogalates course

Yogalates is a fusion between Yoga and Pilates. Both Yoga and Pilates are actually one of the only forms of exercises that actively stimulate your internal organs promoting their health. As you learn to become more in tune with your own body and become familiar with it you can find yourself more able to recognize possible ailments.
Yogalates is an ever-increasing popular exercise due to its positive effects on the body and the mind alike. Yogalates allows you to practice and improve your very own limits; you can push and stretch your body while opening up your mind.

Welcome the day with an energizing yogalates class with private teacher. A private instructor will take the time to show you how to get into and out of every pose properly, will be aware of your level and will customize the class according to your needs and abilities.


  • Spa experience at Slow Spa

In the afternoon, experience the feeling of wellbeing and let our SPA specialists take care of you.


You can choose one 60 minutes and one 30 minutes treatment per person from these options:

60 minutes treatments:

About Slow Spa:

Designed by the architect Christian Lechien, the spa at Slow Villas adds a wellness appetite to the villa complex, which is essentially designed for you to recharge and fully relax: three massage rooms, a bath for relaxation and a pilates/yoga studio.

The Slow Spa’s architecture is inspired by the round curves of the island, making you think of a bamboo cathedral. The central window adds air and light to the whole ensemble with gentle curves. The peaceful feeling and the silence are supporting the architecture that’s built around the natural elements, thus recalling Slow’s philosophy. The treatments: massages, facials, treatments for hands and feet, and therapy through movements, respond to our belief at Slow in relation to wellness. For Slow Spa’s signature treatments, we use products that are natural and alive, especially fresh aloe vera cultivated on-site.

  • Zumba dance course

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training.
Zumba exercise reduces health risks, keeps excess pounds at bay, strengthens your heart and boosts your mood. If you enjoy Zumba, you’re also more likely to do it regularly and experience its benefits as an aerobic exercise.
End the day with 1 hour Zumba course with a private instructor.

Day 3:

  • Stand-up paddle yoga course

At 9:30 you will take a 1hour 30 traditional yoga class onto the water where the paddleboard becomes your new floating yoga mat.
If you’re looking for a new challenge, yoga on a stand-up paddleboard will reinvigorate you and push you to become an even better yogi than you thought possible — all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water.


  • Spa experience at Slow Spa

In the afternoon, 90 minutes massages or treatments at Slow Spa (same as day 2).

  • Ecstatic dance course

Have you ever heard of Ecstatic Dance?
The idea behind Ecstatic Dancing is that rather than remain constipated with the things we just can’t say, we feel them, work through them, shake them out through body movement and stamp all over them. With freedom of expression comes inner peace and harmony. We can do whatever we want to reach this stage of wellbeing, except drink wine. In sixty minutes of music, from hip- hop, to R&B, to Bollywood, right through to chill-out Zen, you can do exactly what your body wants to do and leave all inhibitions at the door. It’s a beautiful concept.
End the day with 1 hour Ecstatic dance course with a private instructor.
